These pictures were taken on a cold windy day with my forever friend Jennifer San Jose. She took them all and did an amazing job on them. You can check out her blog at To Tell You The Truth
“In each of our lives Jesus comes as the Bread of Life – to be eaten, to be consumed by us. This is how He loves us. Then Jesus comes in our human life as the hungry one, the other, hoping to be fed with the Bread of our life, our hearts by loving, and our hands by serving. In loving and serving, we prove that we have been created in the likeness of God, for God is Love and when we love we are like God. This is what Jesus meant when He said, “Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect.”
– Mother Teresa of Calcutta
Beautiful! Thank you for stopping by.
Thanks Debra! I tried to sign up for Thankful Thursday, but I might have messed up on the comment part….Thanks for all the neat things you do.
Amazing – where is this?
St. John, Indiana. It is lovely. I especially like the ascension….and you should see the church! Wow! Each station has a recorded narration by Bill Curtis. I’m not Catholic, but I love going a few times a year. It reminds me of what He’s done for me. By the way, I loved your piece about this blessed season.
This is really something – so well made and the setting is so good too. Thanks for sharing. You have a blessed Easter, K.
How beautiful… such a beautiful reminder of why we are here and what he did for us!
Beautiful statues. Thank you for sharing this Easter weekend.
Wow! Masterfully done, Jennifer. Blessings to you, Debra and Jennifer…
Excuse me, I picked up the wrong name. Thank you, author of this post and Jennifer. Blessings…
Beautiful pictures, and a lovely post. Jesus did arise, and He lives. He is my pillar of strength as well as my counselor. Great post !!
“In loving and serving,” we are “perfect” to the Lord. I want to thank you for posting that quote from Mother Teresa. God knew we would need continual examples of His love expressed among His Body of believers. She was one of those. The photos are amazing. I have been there, and the memory of it will be with me always.
Those are incredible. I assume these are up all year round?
Yes, ma’am they are year round…The landscaping is lovely any time of year.
These life size stations of the cross are incredible!
I know aren’t they amazing? They are near Crown Point, Indiana if you’re ever near by.
